CALL TO ORDER
Chair Kaino called the Police Public Safety Personnel Retirement Board meeting to order at 9:15 a.m.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Approve the draft minutes of the February 13, 2025 Police Public Safety Personnel Retirement Board meeting.

MOTION BY Boardmember Teresa Kuleff, SECONDED BY Boardmember Jason Bayer to APPROVE the draft minutes of the February 13, 2025 Police Public Safety Personnel Retirement Board meeting. The motion carried as follows:

Review, discussion and possible action on the applications and medical records for entry into the Public Safety Personnel Retirement System.

The Board moved into Executive Session for Item 2 at 9:17 a.m.

The Board reconvened the Police Public Safety Personnel Retirement Board meeting at 9:23 a.m.
 

MOTION BY Boardmember Jason Bayer, SECONDED BY Boardmember Teresa Kuleff to ACCEPT the applications for entry into the Public Safety Personnel Retirement Board for Duke Camp, Anthony D'Amato, Norman Peterson and Zachary Rand with pre-existing conditions; and CONDITIONALLY APPROVE Jonathon Parks with pre-existing conditions, pending clarification of records. The motion carried as follows:

EXECUTIVE SESSION

Per ARS §38-431.03, upon a public majority vote of the members constituting a quorum, the Goodyear Police Public Safety Personnel Retirement Board may hold an executive session for any item on the agenda.
