MOTION BY Boardmember Trey Terry, SECONDED BY Boardmember Benita Beckles to APPROVE the draft minutes of the City Council Subcommittee: Boards, Commissions and Committee Appointments meeting on May 6, 2025 and May 7, 2025. The motion carried as follows:

Review applications and discuss appointments to the Judicial Advisory Committee.
The Subcommittee reviewed applications for the Judicial Advisory Committee.
MOTION BY Boardmember Trey Terry, SECONDED BY Boardmember Benita Beckles to RECOMMEND the appointment of Jill Rhodes to the Judicial Advisory Committee for the attorney position. The motion carried as follows:
