PRESENTATION OF WATER SERVICES OPERATIONS FOR UTILITY RATE STUDY BY WATER SERVICES STAFF
Barbara Chappell, Water Services Director, provided an overview of the water and wastewater systems along with the associated costs for water resources. Ms. Chappell explained that such operations are funded by an enterprise fund which is dependent on the rates/fees collected from customers. In addition, Ms. Chappell presented the planned critical projects for both water and wastewater that are required as the City continues to grow and prosper.
