Mayor Pizzillo called the Work Session to order at 5:00 p.m.

FY25-27 STRATEGIC PLAN - CULTURE JOURNEY UPDATE
Lyman Locket, Human Resources Director, provided an update on the City’s culture journey, outlining its history and introducing Francis Coggins, Gallup Regional Director, to present the results of the most recent Gallup Q12 Employee Engagement Survey.
Mr. Coggins reviewed the survey results, highlighting a positive increase in overall employee engagement.
Mr. Locket discussed next steps, which include sharing the results with employees, facilitating action planning sessions, and finalizing Phase IV of Goodyear’s intentional design. He added that future strategic plan items include staffing plans and succession planning.
Council expressed support for the results, emphasizing that culture begins with the city's leadership.
Wynette Reed, City Manager, thanked Council for their continued support and acknowledged the efforts of the leadership team.
