The Board acknowledged the separation of Ian Manson that occurred on January 14, 2021.

Board Attorney Sorensen requested an agenda item on a future Joint Meeting to receive a presentation from Human Resources regarding city benefits. The Board clarified that they would like to better understand the benefits available.
| NEXT MEETING |
Chair Kaino reviewed the tentative next meeting date of March 25, 2021. Board Secretary McCracken noted she currently did not have any agenda items for that meeting.
