APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Approve the draft minutes from the City Council Subcommittee: City Manager Recruitment meeting on December 4, 2025.

MOTION BY Councilmember Trey Terry, SECONDED BY Councilmember Laura Kaino to APPROVE the draft minutes from the City Council Subcommittee: City Manager Recruitment meeting on December 4, 2025. The motion carried as follows:

Conduct interviews with short-listed firms, discuss and possible action to recommend award of contract.
The Subcommittee held interviews with CPS HR Consulting, WBCP, Inc., and Slavin Management Consultants. Following the conclusion of the interviews, the Subcommittee briefly discussed its ratings of each firm and decided to continue the discussion at its next meeting, scheduled for December 11, 2025, to make a recommendation for the award of the contract.
