PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE FEASIBILITY REPORT RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE OF GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS WITHIN THE ESTRELLA MOUNTAIN RANCH COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT (EMRCFD)
Vice Mayor Hampton opened the public hearing at 5:02 p.m.
Michael Shoemaker, Interim Finance Director, presented on the feasibility report related to the issuance of general obligation bonds within the Estrella Mountain Ranch Community Facilities District (EMRCFD). Mr. Shoemaker explained the CFD and history of EMRCFD. He summarized the finances for the projects in the CFD, and outlined the actions scheduled for the meeting, including a public hearing and two resolutions that will follow on Business.
There being no speakers, Vice Mayor Hampton closed the public hearing at 5:06 p.m.
In response to Board inquiry, Mr. Shoemaker confirmed that no new taxes were being proposed.
No action was taken.
