Mayor Pizzillo called the Special Meeting to order at 8:06 a.m.

Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(1), the City Council will meet for the purpose of discussion and consideration of personnel matters related to the City Manager position and recruitment.
MOTION BY Councilwoman Vicki Gillis, SECONDED BY Councilmember Laura Kaino to CONVENE an Executive Session. The motion carried as follows:
