CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Pizzillo called the Special Meeting to order at 3:31 p.m.

A VOTE MAY BE HELD TO CALL AN EXECUTIVE SESSION FOR THE FOLLOWING:
1.
Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(1), the City Council will meet for the purpose of discussion and consideration of personnel matters related to the City Manager and Interim City Manager positions and recruitment.
MOTION BY Vice Mayor Brannon Hampton, SECONDED BY Councilwoman Vicki Gillis to CONVENE an Executive Session. The motion carried as follows:

ADJOURNMENT OF EXECUTIVE SESSION
Mayor Pizzillo adjourned the Executive Session at 4:05 p.m.
RECONVENE SPECIAL MEETING
Mayor Pizzillo reconvened the Special Meeting at 4:05 p.m.
CONTINUATION OF BUSINESS

Council will consider for possible action, adjustments to compensation for the Interim City Manager.
No action was taken.
