MOTION BY Councilmember Trey Terry, SECONDED BY Councilmember Laura Kaino to ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 2026-2525 DETERMINING AND ADOPTING THE FINAL ESTIMATES OF PROPOSED REVENUES AND EXPENDITURES FOR THE CITY OF GOODYEAR FOR FY2027 BEGINNING JULY 1, 2026, AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2027 AND ADOPTING EXPENDITURES FOR ADMINISTRATIVE AWARD FOR FY2027. The motion carried as follows:
