CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Pizzillo called the Special Meeting to order at 6:46 p.m.

A VOTE MAY BE HELD TO CALL AN EXECUTIVE SESSION FOR THE FOLLOWING:
1.
Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(3) & (4): For legal advice and consultation and to consider its position and to provide instruction/direction to City Attorney and City Manager regarding the city's position in connection with contracts that are the subject of negotiations and/or litigation matters associated with the Rainbow Valley development.
2.
Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(3) & (4): For legal advice and consultation and to consider its position and to provide instruction/direction to City Attorney and City Manager regarding the city's position in connection with litigation matters associated with the In Re: Fire Apparatus Antitrust Litigation matter.
MOTION BY Councilmember Wally Campbell, SECONDED BY Councilmember Laura Kaino to CONVENE an Executive Session. The motion carried as follows:

Mayor Pizzillo reconvened the Special Meeting at 7:10 p.m.
