REVIEW APPLICATIONS AND SELECT ARTISTS FOR THE BRANCHES OF HONOR MURAL EXPERIENCE (LAYNE RUIZ, ARTS & CULTURE COORDINATOR)
The Public Art Subcommittee reviewed and discussed the artist applications for the Branches of Honor Mural Experience.

MOTION BY Commissioner Laura Fries, SECONDED BY Commissioner Kyoko Iwasaka to APPROVE Maria Madrid Reed, Robert Panzer, Anthony Farias, Juan Morales, Joe Hunsaker, and Alexandra Giambalvo as the selected artists for the Branches of Honor Mural Experience.

REVIEW APPLICATIONS AND RANK ARTISTS FOR THE HOLA WEST VALLEY COLLABORATIVE TEMPORARY ART PROJECT (LAYNE RUIZ, ARTS & CULTURE COORDINATOR)
The Public Art Subcommittee reviewed and discussed the artist applications for the HOLA West Valley Temporary Art Project. The Public Art Subcommittee agreed that additional time was needed to review the artist submissions and finalize the ranking. Jerry recommended reconvening on Tuesday, October 13 at 11:00 a.m. to finalize the artist ranking.
