Mayor Lord called the Special Meeting to order at 5:01 p.m.

Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(3)& (4): Discussion and consultation for legal advice with the city's attorney and to consider its position and instruct its representatives regarding the contracts subject to negotiation for the provision of public safety services to Litchfield Park.

Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(3): Discussion and consultation with the City Attorney for legal advice regarding the Schires v. Carlat decision.

Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(3): Discussion and consultation for legal advice with the city's attorney regarding the development of a Small Business Assistance program.
4.
Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(3) & (4): Discussion and consultation for legal advice with the city's attorney and to consider its position and instruct its representatives regarding the Westcor/Macerich Development Agreement.
The City Council entered into Executive Session at 5:04 p.m.

Mayor Lord adjourned the Executive Session at 7:01 p.m.

Mayor Lord reconvened the Special Meeting at 7:01 p.m.
