CALL TO ORDER

Chair Kaino called the Police Public Safety Personnel Retirement Board Meeting to order at 8:01 a.m.

APPROVE THE MINUTES

MOTION BY Boardmember Jay Mathias, SECONDED BY Vice Chair Michael Stewart to APPROVE the minutes of the March 4, 2021 Police Public Safety Personnel Retirement Board meeting. The motion carried by the following vote:

Passed - Unanimously

Review, consider and possible action on the Application and Medical Records for entry into the Public Safety Personnel Retirement System - Javier Brito

MOTION BY Boardmember Jay Mathias, SECONDED BY Boardmember James Seymore to CONDITIONALLY ACCEPT the application for Javier Brito for entry into the Public Safety Personnel Retirement System as a Goodyear employee with pre-existing conditions. The motion carried by the following vote:

Review, consideration and possible action on a retirement from the Deferred Retirement Option Plan (DROP) - Troy Castillo effective April 1, 2021

MOTION BY Boardmember Eric Webster, SECONDED BY Boardmember James Seymore to ACCEPT the retirement from the Deferred Retirement Option Plan (DROP) effective April 2, 2021. The motion carried with the following vote:
