On November 15, 2021, the City Council awarded a construction contract to Horizons Construction Co., Inc., of Orange, California, in the amount of $299,189, which included a 10% contingency, for the construction of the Annual Sidewalk and Curb Access Ramp Improvements FY 2020-2021, Project No. 3-R-20 (Project).  The Project included concrete improvements, such as reconstruction of curb and gutters, ADA curb ramps, sidewalks, and driveways, and tree root pruning and tree removal.
