SUBJECT:	APPROVE DENIAL OF LIABILITY CLAIM OF MS. ELIZABETH STEVES

RECOMMENDATION:

That the City Council deny the claim of Ms. Elizabeth Steves in order to set a definite six-month Statute of Limitations date.

DISCUSSION:

Ms. Elizabeth Steves, a City of Yorba Linda resident, filed a property damage claim on January 26, 2023, in the amount of $975.91 to replace a damaged tire and rim on her vehicle she claims was damaged when she struck an off-set curb while parking her vehicle.
