RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council deny the claim of Ms. Janet Ortiz in order to set a definite six-month Statute of Limitations date.
DISCUSSION:
Ms. Janet Ortiz, a La Habra resident, filed a bodily injury claim on January 30, 2023, in the amount of $21,266.52 alleging a dangerous condition of public property when she tripped and fell on uneven pavement causing bodily injuries.
