APPROVE DENIAL OF LIABILITY CLAIM OF MS. DANIELLE MUNOZ

RECOMMENDATION:


That the City Council deny the claim of Ms. Danielle Munoz in order to set a definite six-month Statute of Limitations date. 

DISCUSSION:

Ms. Danielle Munoz, a La Habra resident, filed a claim on December 16, 2022 in the amount of $153.46 for property damage. The claim alleges that on December 11, 2022, Ms. Munoz was traveling on Lambert Road near Durham Street and Rosecrans Avenue where she entered into a flooded intersection causing damage to her vehicle.

None.
