RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council deny the claim of Mr. Edward Gasporra in order to set a definite six-month Statute of Limitations date.
DISCUSSION:
Mr. Gasporra filed a claim on April 19, 2023, in the amount of $9,320.74 for property damage and towing expenses. The claim alleges that on December 11, 2022, Mr. Gasporra was traveling westbound on Lambert Road near Walnut Avenue where he entered into an unmarked flooded intersection causing damage to his vehicle.
