RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council deny the claim of Infinity Metals Inc. in order to set a definite six-month Statute of Limitations date.
DISCUSSION:
On March 7, 2023, Attorney Theodore A. Anderson filed a property damage claim on behalf of Infinity Metals Inc. for an unspecified amount. The claim alleges that on November 8, 2022, the claimant experienced flooding issues due to a clogged catch basin located on the south side of East Lambert Road in the vicinity of 630 East Lambert Road.
