APPROVE TRACT MAP NO. 19155 AS SUBMITTED, AND ACCEPT THE DEDICATIONS FOR PUBLIC STREET PURPOSES

RECOMMENDATION:

 
That the City Council approve Tract Map No. 19155 at 331-351 South Cypress Street and 316 South Aldrich Street, as submitted, and accept the dedications for public street purposes as shown on said map.

DISCUSSION:

On February 14, 2022, the La Habra Planning Commission considered and approved an Applicant's request for Tentative Tract Map Number 19155.  The project consists of the construction of a 16-unit residential development located at 331-351 South Cypress Street and 316 South Aldrich Street. The Final Map was prepared for the purpose of combining the existing four lots into a one-lot condominium project. As part of this approved residential development project, a 10-foot wide dedication along South Cypress Street and a various width dedication along South Aldrich Street will be made to the City of La Habra for public street purposes upon the approval of this Map. The Map has been reviewed by staff from the City of La Habra Engineering Division and the County of Orange.
