RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council deny the claim of Ms. Alexis Quezada in order to set a definite six-month Statute of Limitations date.
DISCUSSION:
Ms. Alexis Quezada, a City of Chino Hills resident, filed a property damage claim on January 17, 2024, in the amount of $450 for reimbursement to replace one tire and an alignment. Ms. Quezada alleges that on December 31, 2023, she was traveling on Imperial Highway, between Walnut and Idaho Street, when she drove over a pothole causing damage to a tire on her vehicle.
