That the City Council approve Tract Map No. 19280 at 310-330 East Whittier Boulevard, as submitted, and accept the dedication for ingress and egress for emergency and public security vehicles, and for trash collection purposes as shown on said map.

On April 22, 2024, the La Habra Planning Commission considered and approved the Applicant's request for Tentative Tract Map Number 19280. The project consists of the construction of 22 townhome units located at 310-330 East Whittier Boulevard. The Final Map was prepared for condominium purposes in order to enable the division and sale of land involving the 22 townhome units. As part of this approved residential development project, a 26-foot wide easement for ingress and egress throughout the lot will be dedicated to the City of La Habra upon the approval of this Map. The Map has been reviewed by staff from the City of La Habra Engineering Division and the County of Orange.

The applicant has paid the application fees in the approximate amount of $21,000 for costs associated with staff review, processing and the required public notifications.
