SUBJECT:	APPROVE DENIAL OF LIABILITY CLAIM OF MICHELLE NGUYEN

RECOMMENDATION:

That the City Council deny the claim of Michelle Nguyen in order to set a definite six-month Statute of Limitations date.

DISCUSSION:

Michelle Nguyen, a City of Anaheim resident, filed a claim against the City on February 23, 2026, in the amount of $2,190. The claim alleges that on October 31, 2025, to November 1, 2025, a leak near a water meter caused excessive water charges to apartment units of the property at 340 South Monte Vista Street.
