RECOMMENDATION:
Conduct nominations and select a Vice Chair to serve for the upcoming term in accordance with the CS Commission's bylaws.
DISCUSSION:
The Commission will consider nominations and select a Vice Chair for the designated term.

There is no fiscal impact associated with this action. No funding source is required.
