RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council deny the claim of Alexandrea Loza for property damage in order to set a definite six-month Statute of Limitations date.
DISCUSSION:
Ms. Alexandrea Loza, a City of La Habra resident, filed a property damage claim on November 17, 2020, in amount of $1,834.15, to replace a damaged tire and wheel rim on her vehicle. Ms. Loza alleges that on November 9, 2020, she drove over a pothole while traveling northbound on Euclid Street near Francis Avenue causing damage to the front right tire and rim of her vehicle.
