| SUBJECT: | REVIEW AND DISCUSS THE LA HABRA DEPOT THEATRE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS TO APPROVE A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH PHANTOM PROJECTS THEATRE GROUP. |
RECOMMENDATION:
That the Community Services Commission review and approve staff's recommendation to execute a lease agreement with Phantom Projects Theatre Group to operate the La Habra Depot Theatre. The Community Services Commissions' recommendation will be forwarded to the City Council.
