| SUBJECT: | APPROVE TO ACCEPT RIGHT-OF-WAY GRANT DEED FOR 1950 WEST LA HABRA BOULEVARD

RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council:
A. Approve to accept the offer of a dedication of additional right-of-way at 1950 West La Habra Boulevard; and
B. Approve and authorize the recordation of the Grant Deed with the County of Orange.
DISCUSSION:
The owner the property at 1950 West La Habra Boulevard is making upgrades in advance of the construction of a gas station at the location. As part of the approval process, the property was conditioned to dedicate some right-of-way along La Habra Boulevard and a small portion along Beach Boulevard to the City. The dedication includes the full south half width of La Habra Boulevard along the property, and a portion of Beach Boulevard located at the southeast corner of the intersection.
