RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council approve Parcel Map No. 2014-165 as submitted to subdivide one lot into two lots for construction of a new home at 645 North Hazel Street, and authorize the recordation of the parcel map.
DISCUSSION:
On July 9, 2018, the Planning Commission approved Tentative Parcel Map No. 2014-165 via Resolution 18-13. The Final Map was prepared for the purpose of subdividing one lot into two lots for the construction of a new home at 645 North Hazel Street.
FISCAL IMPACT/SOURCE OF FUNDING:
No Fiscal Impact.
