RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council approve Parcel Map No. 2019-178 for a three-unit residential condominium Project at 508 South Walnut Street and authorize the recordation of the Final Map.
DISCUSSION:
On October 26, 2020, the Planning Commission approved Tentative Parcel Map No. 2019-178 through Resolution 20-35. The Final Map was prepared in accordance with the approved tentative parcel map for the purpose of subdividing one lot into four lots for the development of a three-unit residential condominium complex at 508 South Walnut Street.
