RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council deny the claim of Birawati Notoredjo in order to set a definite six-month Statute of Limitations date.
DISCUSSION:
On February 24, 2022, an attorney representing Birawati Notoredjo, a City of Rowland Heights resident, filed a property damage and a bodily injury claim for an unspecified amount. The claimant alleges a traffic collision with a City employee.
