RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council deny the claim of Israel Ruelas in order to set a definite six-month Statute of Limitations date.
DISCUSSION:
Mr. Israel Ruelas, a City of La Habra resident, filed a bodily injury claim against the City on May 3, 2022, for an unspecified amount, alleging a roadway hazard.
