RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council deny the claim of Ricardo Ruelas in order to set a definite six-month Statute of Limitations date.
DISCUSSION:
Mr. Ricardo Ruelas, a City of La Mirada resident, filed an amended property damage claim on June 13, 2022, in the amount of $209.49 for damages to a tire on his vehicle.
