| SUBJECT: | APPROVE DENIAL OF LIABILITY CLAIM OF ANA ROBLES

RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council deny the claim of Ana Robles in order to set a definite six-month Statute of Limitations date.
DISCUSSION:
On June 6, 2022, Ms. Ana Robles, a City of La Habra resident, filed a bodily injury claim for unspecified damages. The claim alleges that Ms. Robles sustained injuries to her right ankle and left foot on May 19, 2022, when she stepped on a broken water meter cover.
