RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council deny the claim of Mr. Maged Fayez in order to set a definite six-month Statute of Limitations date.
DISCUSSION:
Mr. Maged Fayez, a La Habra resident, filed a property damages claim against the City on January 11, 2023, for an unspecified amount. The claimant alleges that the irrigation system in front of his home was damaged by workers allegedly hired by the City.
