RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council deny the claim of Ms. Cherise Wiessner in order to set a definite six-month Statute of Limitations date.
DISCUSSION:
Ms. Cherise Wiessner, a City of La Habra resident, filed an amended property damage claim against the City on December 14, 2023, in the amount of $263.55 for damage to her vehicle which she claims was caused by a La Habra Public Works vehicle.
