RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council deny the claim of Ms. Juana Hed in order to set a definite six-month Statute of Limitations date.
DISCUSSION:
Ms. Hed, a City of La Habra resident, filed a bodily injury claim on March 28, 2023 in the amount of $1,250. The claim alleges that on February 25, 2023, Ms. Hed tripped and fell on uneven pavement of the sidewalk on Walnut Street.
