RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council deny the claim of Ms. Tatiana Fonseca in order to set a definite six-month Statute of Limitations date.
DISCUSSION:
On March 11, 2024, an attorney representing Ms. Tatiana Fonseca, a minor, filed a bodily injury claim for $500,000 alleging dangerous conditions of public property. The claim alleges that on October 22, 2023, Ms. Fonseca was washing her hands in the restroom at Garden Grove High School when the sink dislodged from the wall and shattered, causing bodily injuries to the claimant.

None.
