APPROVE DENIAL OF LIABILITY CLAIM OF MR. EDUARDO GUTIERREZ

RECOMMENDATION:


That the City Council deny the claim of Mr. Eduardo Gutierrez in order to set a definite six-month Statute of Limitations date.

DISCUSSION:

Mr. Eduardo Gutierrez, a City of Rialto resident, filed a property damage claim on February 27, 2024 in the amount of $125 for reimbursement to replace a tire on his vehicle. The claim alleges that on February 24, 2024, Mr. Gutierrez was traveling on Harbor Boulevard, between Arbolita and Peppertree Drive, when he drove over a pothole causing damage to the tire of his vehicle.

None.
