RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council deny the claim of Mr. John Hamo in order to set a definite six-month Statute of Limitations date.
DISCUSSION:
Mr. John Hamo, a City of Fullerton resident, filed a property damage claim on March 7, 2024, in the amount of $259 for reimbursement to replace one tire and repair a rim on his vehicle. The claim alleges that on March 2, 2024, Mr. Hamo was traveling on Imperial Highway, at the intersection of Walnut Street, when he drove over a pothole causing damage to the right front tire and rim of the vehicle.
