RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council deny the claim of Ms. Nayeli Arriaga in order to set a definite six-month Statute of Limitations date.
DISCUSSION:
Ms. Nayeli Arriaga, a City of Corona resident, filed a property damage claim on April 8, 2024, in the amount of $839.65 for reimbursement to replace four tires and a rim. The claim alleges that on February 5, 2024, Ms. Arriaga was traveling on Lambert Road, at the intersection of Cypress Street, when she drove over a pothole causing damage to the rim and tires of the vehicle.
