RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council deny the claim of Ms. Judith Gonzalez in order to set a definite six-month Statute of Limitations date.
DISCUSSION:
On January 23, 2025, Ms. Judith Gonzalez filed a claim against the City for wrongful termination. Ms. Gonzalez alleges that on July 24, 2024, she was wrongfully terminated without cause and the City violated various policies and laws including, but not limited to: harassment and discrimination, 1st and 4th amendment violations, Public Safety Officers Procedural Bill of Rights Act, etc.

None.
