RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council deny the claim of Mr. Danny Lopez in order to set a definite six-month Statute of Limitations date.
DISCUSSION:
Mr. Danny Lopez, a City of La Habra resident, filed a claim against the City on April 22, 2025, for $5,000 in damages. The claim alleges that the roots of a City-owned tree caused damage to his property.
