RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council deny the claim of Mr. John Verdon in order to set a definite six-month Statute of Limitations date.
DISCUSSION:
Mr. John Verdon, a City of La Habra resident, filed a claim against the City on February 3, 2025, for $105.65 in damages. The claim alleges that the debris on the road caused damage to the claimant’s vehicle tire and wheel.

None
