SUBJECT:	APPROVE DENIAL OF LIABILITY CLAIM OF MR. ANDREW ARELLANO

RECOMMENDATION:

That the City Council deny the claim of Mr. Andrew Arellano in order to set a definite six-month Statute of Limitations date.

DISCUSSION:

Mr. Andrew Arellano, a City of La Habra resident, filed a claim against the City on October 6, 2025, for $1,475.00. The claim alleges that on September 27, 2025, at 4:11 a.m, the claimant's belongings were collected during intake, and a bracelet was missing upon the return of his personal items.
