ZONE CHANGE 22-01 FOR AMENDMENTS TO THE FOLLOWING CHAPTERS OF TITLE 18 ZONING, OF THE LHMC:

This project was reviewed pursuant to the guidelines of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and determined to be exempt pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) of the CEQA guidelines which covers activities with no possibility of having a significant effect on the environment.
That the Planning Commission approve:

That the Planning Commission approve:
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LA HABRA APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 22-10 TO OPERATE A RECYCLING FACILITY AT 851 NORTH HARBOR BOULEVARD, AS PER THE APPROVED PLAN, MAKING THE APPROPRIATE FINDINGS AND SUBJECT TO CONDITIONS.
