DULY NOTICED PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER THE DETERMINATION OF CONSISTENCY BETWEEN THE FISCAL YEAR 2022-2023 SEVEN- YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM AND THE LA HABRA GENERAL PLAN 2035
The Seven-Year Capital Improvement Program (7-Year CIP) is a planning document which identifies areas for possible improvements based on the availability of funding. The approval of the 7-Year CIP is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 21080, (b), (1). Should a specific improvement identified in the Seven-Year CIP be undertaken, an environmental analysis of that project will be performed prior to implementation in accordance with CEQA.
That the Planning Commission approve to adopt:
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LA HABRA FINDING THAT THE PROPOSED FISCAL YEAR 2022-2023 SEVEN-YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM IS CONSISTENT WITH THE GOALS AND POLICIES OF THE LA HABRA GENERAL PLAN 2035 PURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT CODE SECTIONS 65103 AND 65401
