Issuance and sale of bonds in the maximum amount of $2,650,000 for the purpose of retiring the 2025 Bond Anticipation Note issued for the SR 611 roadway improvements.
PURPOSE AND BACKGROUND:
The purpose of the bond is to retire the short-term bond anticipation note previously issued and convert to a long-term bond.
RECOMMENDATION TO COUNCIL:
Lorain City Council consider passage
