AN ORDINANCE TO VACATE A PORTION OF AN ALLEY (16 FEET IN WIDTH) FROM THE EAST RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF EAST AVENUE, EXTENDING 165 FEET TO THE EAST, AS DEPICTED IN EXHIBIT A, ATTACHED HERETO.
PURPOSE AND BACKGROUND
A Petition signed by the owners representing 100% of the frontage of property abutting an alley (16 feet in width) from the east right-of-way of East Avenue, extending 165 fee to the east was submitted requesting this alley be vacated.
RECOMMENDATION TO COUNCIL:
Consideration for Passage.
