Downes, Zashin & Rich Co., LPA for legal representation in the matter of an arbitration case involving the Lorain Police Department (Middlebrooks Arbitration) and other claims against the City of Lorain and its current and former employees in an amount not to exceed $100,000.00.  Funds to be paid from GL account 1010.V100.3110.6300.1500 Contractual Services.  Approved by Lorain City Council on April 20, 2026.
